By using FitDare you agree to these terms. FitDare is operated by CherryPick Australia Pty Ltd.
The game
FitDare lets you set weekly workout goals with friends and agree on light, non-monetary stakes. FitDare does not hold, transfer or settle money between users, and stakes are a social agreement between you and your friends. Don't use FitDare for gambling or wagers involving money.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and text you post. Only post photos you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, sexual, violent or harassing. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report or block other users in the app.
Health
FitDare is not medical advice. Exercise within your limits and consult a professional if unsure.
Premium and purchases
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. A "crew gift" gives Premium to members of a dare for 30 days.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
